This Privacy Policy explains how 3D Digital Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Touchdown Theory (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. The Service is intended only for users 18 and older.

Information you provide:

• Email address. We use passwordless login, so we collect the email address you use to create your account and to receive one-time sign-in codes.
• Payment information. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your payment details directly. We do not collect or store your full card number; we receive limited information from Stripe such as your subscription status and the last four digits of your card.
• Support correspondence. If you contact us for support, we keep the messages you send and our replies.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage and analytics data. We collect basic information about how the Service is used, such as pages viewed and general activity, through an analytics provider.
• Device and log data. Standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies. See Section 5.

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• authenticate your login and manage your account;
• process subscriptions and billing through Stripe;
• understand and improve how the Service is used;
• communicate with you about your account, including billing and the offseason pause and resume; and
• protect the Service, enforce our Terms, and detect misuse such as prohibited account sharing.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers. We share information with vendors that operate the Service on our behalf, including Stripe (payment processing), our analytics provider, and our hosting and infrastructure providers. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our users, or the Service.
• Business transfers. If the business is sold or transferred, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

The Service also displays sports data and betting odds obtained from third-party data sources. That data flows to us for display in the Service; we do not share your personal information with those data sources.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is intended only for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.
